Where do you like to sit at scottrade

Post by APOD »

Simple question I plan on going to about 8-10 games this year(I never really go more than twice and last year I didnt go to a single game).

Where do you guys like to sit in Mezzanine levels and the lower levels club and plaza?

I normal sit in the corners, like for the game on the 23rd Im hoping to be in section 114 glass for my Birthday.

I like sitting near center ice, maybe slightly closer to the end the Blues attack twice.

Usually up top towards the end where the Blues shoot twice. Can see all the action up there.

The cheapest seats possible, because I don't sit in the seat. I stand at top shelf. I can't stand hearing people talk during the game.

The last game I went to(series clincher vs SJ) I sat about 8 rows directly behind the TV cameras in the upperdeck. It was a blast.

There really isn't a bad seat in the house but I prefer first row on the top level, in the center if possible.
Or if you're feeling rich, I have found that the 11th row up in the lower bowl(can't remember the row number) is just over the glass and you can see everything well.
That being said...if you're bringing in a flask and want to get loud and have a good ole time, sit in the top row. Awesome people up there
Ticketmaster (haattteee theeemmm) has a great seating chart.
Shows individual seats, how many seats there are in a row, etc etc. Just don't buy anything from them...then you would be feeding the machine!

- I got to watch a Blues vs. Hawks game from the KMOX booth one time. Sat right next to Kerbs and Plager...that was a cool angle. More over the top of the ice...a very good perspective. Pretty cool.
- I've sat in a party box a couple times. It's nice to have the private bathroom, a tv, a fridge, and snacks on the counter. That was fun.
- My brother and I got the all you can eat/drink club seats once. That was a lot of fun, even though the score was only 1-0 and we missed the goal as we were in the elevator coming down from the Press Box area at the time.
- I've sat about 6 rows from the ice a couple times. Didn't care for it as much...looking through the glass isn't ideal. I like being up higher so you can see more of the ice and what is going on.

Where I usually sit though is up high around the blue line. Like what was said before, there isn't really a bad seat in the house. And they are the cheapest. I think it's the best value in the building.

But if I had my pick of any seat with cost as no option (aside from a party box of course), it would be the all you can eat/drink club seats, first row at the red line. Give me something along the rail midway up at center ice so nobody is right in front of me. We had those type of seats for opening night one year. That was a blast...but more money than I usually want to spend on a ticket.
