I'll just go ahead and make a dumping ground for all random NFL nuggets we want to talk about in here.

Chris Johnson was released by the Titans this morning. With the Fisher connection, are the Rams a destination? If he comes cheap (which he won't), I say do it. I like Stacy/Cunningham, but adding CJ to the attack would help by leaps and bounds.

He would be a sick get, but I'm guessing he won't fit under the cap.

Went to Rams camp on Friday. Aaron Donald is going to be a stud.

If Johnny Football can keep his mind off of partying and rolling up Benjamins for photo-ops, Cleveland might win 2 games this season.

If Josh Gordon stays suspended for the whole season and Ray Rice stays suspended for only 2 games, Goodell should be forced to resign on grounds of insanity.

Lastly, a kid who graduated from my place of employment is currently in Giants camp and we're all pulling for him. I didn't have him in my class, but my friend did and I knew him and he's a good kid, hard worker and deserves a shot with the team.

Speaking of which, bummer news about David Wilson. That's tough. Also, go kid that went to your place of employment.

Maybe the Rams won't suck this year now.

Dude had 14 TD/4 INT last year in 7 games. That put him in the top 10 in the league at the time.

That said, Shaun Hill is solid. This team can still compete.

Bradford is set for 100 lifetimes with around $60 million guaranteed even if he retired today.

As far as playing football goes he is made of glass.

The trick is not letting me watch games he plays in, I watched him get knocked the (Frank) out in college, I watched his shoulder disintegrate in college, I've seen his knee blow out twice in the NFL...

But really, (Frank) him, he's a Canucks fan

Welker suspended 4 games for amphetamine. That just comes out of nowhere I think, although I guess that helps explain his Kentucky Derby stuff.

Michael Sam signed to the cowboys practice squad. A gay black dude in the heart of Texas. What could possibly go wrong?

LOL..how was it? It looked about half empty by the 3rd quarter. Same old Rams like they say every year! The shocking part is so many people thought they'd be better this year but obviously NOT!

It's one game. But it was awful.

Crowd was loud and into it early. Then the soul just got sucked out of the place after awhile. Rams showed no life, whatsoever And the Shaun Hill 'injury' thing is puzzling.

The media is roasting the Rams over the coals!

Some call it the worst home opener ever. Some are saying let them leave to LA. Some are saying there is a conspiracy to have the Rams tank so they move to LA. They are saying only 30K will show up by week 8.

Any way you look at it it's a total disaster!

Banner week for the NFL. The Rice nonsense. Jerry Jones being sued for sexual assault. Now AP has been indicted for child abuse. Vikings already deactivated him.

I don't blame Goodell for the actions of any of these people individually. However, I don't think he could have botched the Rice situation any worse than he did. And, if this kind of shit is still happening at this frequency, maybe his iron fist isn't having the intended result. Time to go, Roger.
