Ha ha ha. Remember that thread? Must have been six years ago.
So how are all you (Frankers) doing these days? I'm living in Portland, Oregon, now. Had a chance for a fellow LGB forum member to introduce me to this sweet, sweet town. Got to see Ty Rattie play a bunch for the local WHL league team, the Portland Winterhawks. I still keep up with the Blues, make the occasional pilgrimage to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch a game. The Blues have a great upside these days, they are building the kind of franchise I always wanted to see under that fuckwit Bill Laurie. As we saw with LAS last year, the right kind of team chemistry at the right time can make you an easy cup favorite, the Blues have all the pieces, provided they can stay healthy and get some sick goaltending. And the Chicago Blackhawks team jet flies into a (Franking) mountain.
Anyway, I have been thinking about this reunion thread for years now, figuring I'd come post when my first novel got released. Must have been 2006, there I was, recently graduated from a Masters Writing Program at UMSL and wondering when the day would come that I could make the same post here as the author of "Anger of the Guns." And now, here I am doing so--you can find my first novel, Supercenter, published by a publisher, by searching for this title on Amazon.
So tell me what's new and how St. Louis is these days. I haven't been back since 2008.
