This means that the bartenders at Lucas are not afraid to use those rulers if the guests get out of line.

How was the concert at Dukum? I heard some of it from the top of the steps and it sounded great, but didn't have $5 to fork over unfortunately by the time I got there (can you believe they charge $2.50 for a beer in Kirksville? Outrageous.

Those shit heads at Dukum had the music up way too loud downstairs, so it was difficult to even know that there was a concert upstairs. A-holes.

That and they didn't ahve a f'n bar upstairs- not even a beer tub. The whole thing went down awesome and we enjoyed our deluxe accomodations at the Super8!

It was great to play the old homestead. I appreciate the compliment.

2.50 for a beer is pretty outrageous when you take into account that The Inferno used to have 2 dollar pitchers of beer. AKA getting plowed under for 15 bucks / 4 people ain't too shabby.

FWIW- Dukums sound system pretty much shot craps on us and we used 2 of our monitors as mains. Luckily we have 2 JBL monitors that are better than most mains. :D We used those and it came off really nicely...if I would have known that the sound system was going to be crap I would have brought our own gear. Live and Learn!
