Also, it was really nice to see them keep it going in the 3rd. We've seen them let up so many times.

I don't think they can continue to score at this pace, but holy jumpin' are they putting pucks away right now.

I think this is the offense we were expecting when the year started.

Can't wait to play someone good and see if we can keep this up!

Edit: looking at upcoming opponents, we may actually be able to keep scoring at this pace, lol.

This is the happiest day in my life. The full realized potential of the Blues has been unleashed on those losers from San Jose!

As we speak, I am building a shrine to Ken Hitchcock in my closet, candles and all. I shit yall not. I must have his bay-bays. Hitch, baby, I love you.

And Oshie. And Frank. And Ells. And...and...and.....everybody!!

The STL Death Star found SJ Alderran. The Teal Menace has been CRUSHED!!

Man, these last 3 games have been pretty fun. Blues look like a different team and the top 3 lines are getting in on the scoring action. It was bound to happen some time. Everyone was freaking out about the offense, when in truth, the Blues were actually just outside the top 10 in Goals Per Game. These last 3 games? They've jumped up all the way to 4th.

It's not rocket science.
We're actually, finally 100% healthy now.
It makes a big difference when key guys that were out are finally back and healthy.

Somebody chant some kind of voodoo magic to keep this team healthy the rest of the year and through playoffs. Do it now.

Why can't we score more than 7 though? I'm worried.

7 goals translates to like 0.6 goals against LA/Chicago...

Big reason for recent success imo: Stastny being put on the 3rd line and the Oshie-Backes-Steen line reuniting. Stastny fits better with those guys, the top line from last year is back together and happy as ever. They've stopped trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. Stastny is just gonna have to deal with being on the 3rd line, but this may also mean that we are able to distribute ice time and scoring more evenly making the "1st" vs "3rd" distinction less meaningful. If Stastny helps us roll 3 lines and helps us win, I don't care if it's 1st line or 3rd line minutes; worth every penny regardless. Especially if it helps elevate Berglund's play in the process.

This.
Having three lines scoring is something. Everyone can play more equal time and end up more effective.

No Schwartz - 1-5-1.

The Schwartz winning streak stretches a few games before his injury too. I'm sure there's some level of coincidence to it, but not a ton.

F-

Yea, they scored 7 times but they shouldn't have given up 2 goals.
