This is how a large majority (if not, all) of teams' fanbases are. And not even exclusively hockey. It's always doom and gloom when your team loses, and feels like gold when your team wins. It is just increased when the particular team has never won a championship.
“It makes no difference what men think of war, said the judge. War endures. As well ask men what they think of stone. War was always here. Before man was, war waited for him. The ultimate trade awaiting its ultimate practitioner. That is the way it was and will be. That way and not some other way.”

The sad part is the fans give more of a damn than these players. No pride whatsoever.

With Rams and NFL fans in general it's even worse. If they win a game they are on top of the world. If they lose then on Monday morning fans are looking for the nearest bridge!

FTFY. These fans have a similar trophy cabinet to the Blues and just as much hopefulness in them. The fans in your picture recently bought a new cabinet cause their old one didn't fit all of them trophies.

The Blues have won a few nice awards over the years just not a Cup. The President's Cup should be in that cabinet. Teams really feared the Blues that season and rightfully so!

I agree. It's actually really crappy too. In 2013 when us season ticket holders got to go in and take pictures with our trophies I touched the President's trophy and almost broke it. It's a glass fishbowl that sits inside a metal holder. I thought it was all attached and one piece so I went to lift it and the glass bowl came out. One of the security guards went nuts and started screaming at me. I thought it was overboard but just said sorry and put it back. What a cheap piece of crap it is.

Federko and I think Sutter BOTH won the scoring title for the 85-86 playoffs, the year of the Monday Night Miracle! That's an amazing feat because what scorer has won the title for top playoff scorer when they didn't even reach the Cup? It has to be exceedingly rare yet a hall of famer Blue did it!

Yall call yourselves Blues fans with a question like that? The franchise has won 17 trophies, a good chunk of them several times. That trophy case is pretty damn full, not counting all the damn banners hanging at the Scott.

That's what I mean! They've won several trophies! I'd rather have a competitive team every year than a team that has won a Cup but isn't that good on a year to year basis.
