What's going on with Fabbri? He's getting an awfully long look. They can't seriously be considering keeping him up with the team, can they?

I doubt it. Kid's doing pretty dang good though for only being 18 years old. He's obviously not that far off; probably less than anyone thought. I think most reports I read said he was probably at least a few years away, but I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised to see him up here at some point this season, especially if Paajarvi, Mueller or Lindstrom struggle. I know you'd expect Jaskin and Rattie to also be in the mix ahead of Fabbri but he's certainly not making the decision an easy one. I'm already a fan.

On the topic of the game, that Tarasenko goal was sick. Some tic-tac-toe passing...I could get used to that.

Oh man, I don't know...I think we need a GDT Committee so we can lose access to certain parts of the site and cause the team to lose their grip on the division and ultimately lose in the playoffs due to worse seeding...but it would take some of the pressure off of you so it's probably worth it.

I think my previous comment regarding Fabbri may be slightly wrong. If he gets sent down to the OHL he has to stay until the season concludes over there, right? So he's either here or he's gone until near the end of the NHL season?

Or maybe I'm wrong now....I don't know.

If I remember right (from the days of Petro and Perron getting a chance here), a player can play 9 games in the NHL before being sent down to Juniors. Once you've reached game 10, you can't go back. Once you are sent down, you are done for the rest of the year, as far as I know.

Now, I don't know how it works if his Junior season ends and the Blues are still playing. I'd assume he'd be free to do whatever he wants then, but maybe I'm wrong.
