Let's Go Blues

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to let you all know that I, along with a fellow Blues writer, will be hosting a St. Louis Blues web show on KSDK's website for the remainder of the Blues' playoff run. First episode will be taped today and will debut at 4:30 pm. It's very exciting and I think I can speak for all of us when I say its refreshing to see that a STL news station is finally giving more coverage to the local hockey team (next step, on TV).

I hope that you guys don't consider this spamming since I've not been a regular poster as of late, but all that we need from you guys is to tweet one or all of us some questions about the Blues that we can discuss on the air. If you're interested, tweet to one of the accounts listed below.

I'm going to try my damnedest to drop a plug for LGB at some point. Thanks everybody!

When do the tweets need to be in? When do you tape the show? I'm assuming they don't actually use tape.

I would hope they still don't use tape

We record at 2:30 so I would say have your tweets in by 2:00 if possible.

I didn't get to watch the show until after the game...which in a way had you guys being somewhat prophetic about Miller and Ott.

Nice job! I'm not so sure about the Tosh.0 background you guys had going on there...but it was cool nonetheless.

Are you really doing another one on Friday night?

We had some upload issues (as you well know), so it didn't get posted to the site until about an hour before game time. We're going to get Episode No. 2 posted today to avoid that problem.

Still don't know what's causing the tablet/phone problem. Hopefully the KSDK techies can fix that.

Is there a recording available if we can't see it live? It's everyday at 4:30 pm?

Gamedays, SHOULD be 4:30. We are doing Episode No. 2 today since its a 3:00 game tomorrow.

Episode 1 was aired a little later since we had some loading issues... kinks with having a new show, I guess. This whole "web show" thing is new to KSDK, we are kind of the testing waters for future programs. That's why its important we do this right.

They need to change the background behind you guys.
It looks like you are in a Blues themed Duke Nukem room. I kept looking for the torches on the walls.

What's going on?

We're having trouble with videos loading on tablets and phones. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I saw it on my laptop but even then the video was choppy and once just stopped and started over! I got through all of it eventually yet why was it only 6 minutes long? I noticed when asked about Game 2 neither said who they think would win Game 2. Lol..the Sharp is dull joke...not exactly Jay Leno!

I liked taking the fan questions the best. I will watch again but I just hope you get it working on cell phones!

The 2nd show flowed better than the 1st. You guys looked more comfortable.
But yeah...only 6 minutes? Why not give you guys like 15 minutes or more? It's a web show...it can be as long as it needs to be, right?
