Is this the year Guppy breaks through and finally wins?
He has finished one point behind the winner, twice.

This is the second year in a row I'm going to be in Afghanistan during the playoffs, this year is going to be even worse since the blues actually have a chance to go far.

You never know- I was in Afghanistan the year I won.

About the only good thing that happened there... :|

Ha! I'm still in 30th place after only entering the first and last year of the Challenge. You guys are lucky I spaced it for 3 years. :P

Well, if you look at avg. pts. per contest, you are still only in 19th place. So...there's that.

Man, I'm remarkably consistent. 22-21-22-21. Never had a great year. Was on two winning teams, if I recall. I always have a lot of fun with this, hopefully this is the year I go for the win.

And tied for 5th in "Most points in a single contest"!

It would certainly help if I could remember to make picks after the first round

I wonder how many of us are going to pick a Blues upset in the first round....

If history means anything, I picked them to beat Vancouver in the first round in '09, if I recall.

I don't even have to look at the historic numbers to know I've routinely been wrong on just about every pick. Don't worry, I'll choose the Blues to lose every round, so inevitably they'll win it all.

I miserably failed last year. That was horrible, that performance.

Frank! I just realized I won't be able to make 1st round picks because I won't be here all week.

Format is winning team and # of games in the series?

I'll just take some stabs in the dark and see where it lands me, if it's alright for the first round.

WC: 8 seed beats 1 in 7 games, 2 beats 7 in 6 games, 6 beats 3 in 7 games and 5 beats 4 in 7 games

EC: 1 seed beats 8 in 4 games, 2 beats 7 in 5 games, 6 beats 3 in 6 games and 4 beats 5 in 6 games
