Some chap named Allen York got his first career win in net for the Jackets. This is a most pleasant result. Discuss.

I watched it and was happy to see them lose. But, I almost wonder if it would have been better had they won. We were already going to win the division, with or without a Detroit loss tonight. And, I'd really like Detroit to have home ice over the Predators.

That being said, it's a good day to be a Blues fan when your biggest complaint is that a Detroit loss that puts us closer to a division title affects who I want to get home ice in a series we aren't even in.

Our magic number is ONE. We win one more game the rest of the way and we win the central division. At current rate, we are no worse than a 2 seed in the west.

Now we just need the NYR to get smacked in their remaining games and Van to slip up.

I've got a video of my 2 year old saying "Le'ts Go Blues...Detroit sucks".
And she says the "sucks" part with such vigor...it's hilarious.
