Look at the heart Paulie showed last night, how nice that shot from Boyes was, and how well all around Bergie is playing and it appears that our three biggest disappointments are finally playing up to expectations. There is reason to believe they can sustain this because it's not as if they are 'over achieving' they are finally playing as expected.

Earlier this season we had a small goal scouring break out by the likes of Crombeen and Winchester who are not expected to produce like that…and things returned to normal shortly thereafter.

We can sustain this.

Two things I saw last night that I’m not sure can be sustained…

#1 – Brewer completed at least three passes

#2 – Jackman has been bad, but there is no way he can sustain that level of suck that he showed last night. No sequence was more telling then when overcommitted, ended up with the puck, turned it over , and then took a penalty….in 10 seconds.

When snipers start picking out corners they start scoring goals. That was fun to watch.

Oshie shed weight and wind resistance with that haircut, now he's fast again.

We still need a lot of help from the wings, stars and flames and we still have to keep winning. I just hope we can keep it up in colorado, the last few games have been fun to watch. I think last night when we scored our 4th goal I finally relaxed and said that can't blow it now. Then dmiles reminded me of the oilers game in flash chat and I got nervous again.
