This is less of a WTF move and more of a 'huh?' move.
What the hell was the point in wasting fax machine ink for this trade? We traded a guy with no real role on the team for a person that cannot skate and thus will never have any real role on the team.
We have someone actually on the phone having discussions to trade Yan Stastny for this guy? Just unplug the MFer and call it a day.

Apparently the deadline is only for the Peoria Riverman and other minor league teams. The Blues deadline is next week.
