Looked Good Tonight But...

Post by Mr. Hockey Time »

I think we looked good tonight, but I think we could have looked better, our best player by far was Brewer, why has this guy all of a sudden turned into a beast, an absolute beast?

I think if we are going to improve further we need to rally behind Brewer he is the captian and if the guys followed his example I things could turn around.

He played good tonight, I won't argue that. And mega props for standing up to Ott and dropping teh gloves. But we still want more from our captain. If he can do this night in and night out, we'll talk. Till then...

He has done it 4 nights in a row, and he has looked much better since returning from injury. I expect this to be the norm with him healthy, he is only going to get better.

I have been one of the biggest critics of Brewer on this board, and I have to admit he's been pretty good the last few games. Is he allstar or captain good? I don't think so.

He might actually have excellent trade value at this point, but he may be more valuable to us the way he has played.

Mad props to him for dropping the gloves last night - it was completely warranted and showed bigtime old tyme hockey skills.

Still doesnt hustle to the puck. About the only thing he's doing right is getting shots on net.
