'Twas a weak first goal for the Caps. Looked like Halak wasn't ready for that. Backes didn't pick up the slot man.

bleh, can't allow goals like that. It didn't appear that the Caps were as fired up as I had expected. But, a soft goal could be just what a team like that needs to get going.
