I agree, really. I think the early 90's masks were the best. Stephane Fiset (Quebec), Belfour, McLean (94 Vancouver mask), Fuhr in Buffalo...those masks were awesome but not over the top.

I really liked Mason's mask in Atlanta last year. The striping really reminded me of Kirk McLean's Vancouver mask.

In fact, here's Mason's new mask for this year. It's the best of the new designs I've seen, although I still think Khabibulin has the best mask in the league.
