Perfect start to a hockey game

Post by brynec »

How great would it be for the Blues to come out and start the game like this Thursday night. Can you say overacting by the goalie.

Every game should start like that.

Also, it looked like #61 on the white team was wearing a thong.

After the meeting VItyaz's Sergei Belokon was suspended for 13 games, Darcy Verot for 12 games, Ivan Larin for 14 games, and Josh Gratton for 15 games. Each of the players mentioned were also fined. The fines range from about $300 to $850.

Avangard was fined about $3,300 for violations of their GM Anatoli Bardin. Vityaz was fined about $13,300 for Nazarov's gesture.
How much do these guys get paid? Isn't 300-850 bucks a joke of a fine? Are their suspensions without pay?

I was shocked.

You never see toughness like that from a #13 in red and white. The #13 in a red and white jersey is usually reserved for pansies. Usually he dances around the ice like tinkerbell and wins awards for being the "Pansy of the Year".

What the hell was #58 doing? Go over and help one of your teammates. It's not like the red and white team was fighting within the rules. Dork!

To disagree, one doesn't have to be disagreeable.

the only thing the Blues would get out of something like this was a bunch of season ending broken hands.

Of course he is, those unis are basically Red Wing uniforms, so a thong is part of the package....

"thong" and "package" should never be used in the same sentence.
