Steen is still a possibility to play tonight. That being said it is going to take a full blown effort to make it a game. We realistically need 3 out of 4 points on this little two game home stand before going on the road.

Re: E4.23425: Blues Scouting Flyers for Trade Possibilities

Flyers need to dump salary. If we were to trade it would most likely be Andy Mac. This works for us because Giroux cap hit is 6.5 million the next two years but his salary is only going to be $5 million out of pocket over the next two years. They take Andy don't resign him and dump salary. DaDitka a...

I feel an extremely poor effort coming soon that leaves us scratching our heads and pissed off for the first time this season, but I don't think it will be tonight. There is no reason that we should not beat the Blue Jackets after three days of rest. Blues win 4-0. Mcdonald x2, Backes, Steen. Thats...

You broke dmiles' streak. Had a thought on Tarasenko, but didn't want to put it in a new thread. Say Tarasenko continues his apeshit scoring for the rest of the year. How soon before we start to bring his dad and family into the St Louis organization in an all out attempt to keep him (happy) ...

All of that kind of goes both ways though. I mean, this was just one game for the Blues as well. It was a very good one game, but still. They need to keep the pedal down and not get too comfortable. Thank you for that. I am super happy we won 6-0 and beat those cocks. But for those not at the game ...

I don't really care about these I just hope our players don't read them and start believing them because it won't be long until we are #1 or 2.

Re: Players who may stay overseas

I thought I read somewhere the players were contractually obligated to come back and play in the NHL after the lockout was over? The only thing I read was about them making sure the KHL was obligated to allow them to come back....I've never head anything about making them com back. You can't force ...

Re: Boycott: Make a Statement

Well I do know this. I canceled my half season plan. 1. With the shortened season I can't go to 2 or 3 games a week and 2. I know that the price that I paid for them I can buy my same seats for .50 to .60 cents on the dollar once the season starts. So they have already lost $1500.00

Re: Tanks KHL coach says he's not NHL ready

He's 20 years old. He may not quite be ready. Hell, he probably isn't as ready as he could be. But I'd rather he be here now instead of risking him playing 2 more season over there, getting comfy, and never coming over. Let him get NHL ready by being over here, under the watchful eye of this organi...

Re: Can we start hockey again soon?

They "the league and players" can't afford to lose an other season. If that happened hockey would be dead everywhere with the exception of Van, Toronto, Ed, and maybe Cal. Teams in the US would just have to shutter the doors.
