I just think its ridiculous that there was some sort of a need for an ordinance. And of course some people love it because it protects their right to go out and not see someone's hairy buttcrack but others hate it because it denies them their right to look like a doofus. I live right across the river in Granite City and we've had nothing but thin layers of ice on the cars. I consider us lucky. We've got the island effect thanks to STL and the river. All the rain and snow go north and south. Hope you guys stay warm.
