I agree with you. Even with the Cards playing better since you posted this, I've been off the Matheny train for quite some time. Guy is just too tight and tries to force things into existence instead of rolling with the more logical choice (i.e. Adams in LF when Jose Martinez was raking).

Man, what a beautiful day for Blues hockey. I've hated on Bettman, but I applaud him for throwing STL a bone after the Rams left and giving them this game. Seems like, from a national perspective at least, the game went over very well.

That was a really good game of puck by our boys last night. Allen was pretty great. Schwartz was tenacious all game long. 4 straight wins, tally ho.
