Re: Khabby will serve his sentence at Arpaio's tent city

Papa Putin must've called in... Although, he will still be spending the nights there :aaaa: Edmonton Oilers goalie Nikolai Khabibulin will not serve prison time stemming from his drunken-driving conviction, the Edmonton Journal and other media outlets reported this week. After Khabibulin was charged...

We need this guy! He already has the London Blues, what's one more (much cheaper) Blues team in his collection!

Re: Game No. 64: Blues at Capitals, 6 p.m. Central, FSN

I'm also ready for them to lose like crazy. It will get us a better pick and force management to go get some real help in the offseason. This team is only a few pieces away from not entirely sucking anymore. Those pieces are: 1) A complement for Backes and Stewart so you can roll three legit lines ...

Ya know, one thing I can't understand about this team. They are losing bad. And there's not a hint of physical play!! Will someone hit a player on the opposing team?

Re: The Next Blues Captain

We'll have to wait until next season to see who the captain is. They aren't naming a captain this year, out of respect to Brewer. What the hell?? They did this same damn thing when Drake left. Name a (Frank) captain and quit trying to be so damn polite. Plusity plus plus plus :plusplus: If you want...

Oh how cool would it be if the Blues got a Russian billionaire who would throw as many oil dollars at the team as it needed... I don't think we would even object to it being called the St. Louis Army Club :) The only Russian billionaires involving themselves in American pro sports are, for some rea...

Of note: Sibir was 19th and 20th in 08-09 and 10-11 seasons. They are in 11th this season and made the playoffs. Dinamo was 7th, 7th, 6th and 1st in Ovie's years there.

It's not blind. There is still a chance they will make the playoffs so i will continue to be optimistic. It's just how I'm wired. If there were 9 games left and they had to win 8 of them... well, different story entirely. they are 5 freaking points out of the 8th spot with 23 games left. That's not...

For all still interested, Tarasenko seems to be back in training after his shoulder injury. Not sure how soon he will be playing but he's traveled with his team for the first two games of their playoff series.

And how, ESPN, does Conklin count as reliable to hold down the fort? Conklin franking sucks ass. According to the definitions from the Urban Dictionary, Conklin is probably very capable of holding down the fort. It just doesn't matter when it comes to winning hockey games... http://www.urbandiction...
