Been saying this for a while, our 4th line needs to be reconstructed. We won't be successful deep into the playoffs with our current 4th line configuration.

Just because I had nothing better to do, I pulled the stats from that article for Brodziak, Reaves, and Upshall to see how the Blues 4th line stacked up against the Eastern Conference playoff teams 4th line. It's kind of ugly.

Individually
Reaves PPG .16 GF% 55.3 CF% 46.1 (27th on Blues)
Upshall PPG .25 GF% 44.7 CF% 44.6 (29th on Blues)
Brodziak PPG .22 GF% 50.0 CF% 44.1 (30th on Blues)

As a line
PPG = .21 barely in 50th percentile
GF% (GF/GA) = 50% smack dab between 25th and 50th percentile
CF% (CF / CF + CA) = 45.4 lower than the 25th percentile average.

That last one is an indicator of how much the Blues 4th line struggles with offensive zone time and how much opponents can rely on creating offense against it. It indicates the Blues 4th line does their job defensively, given the GF%, but it shows the Blues are sacrificing offensive opportunities in favor of defense any time the 4th line is on the ice - even if it's a "motivational" move, it's a risk.

Increase the offensive chances from that line, as in not be worse than all 8 Eastern Conference playoff teams, and maybe the Blues find the scoring they were missing in the playoffs.

(stats pulled from Hockey-reference and Puckalytics)
